Our products are packaged appropriately to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
Orders and despatch
- Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm will be despatched same day.
- Orders placed over bank holiday weekends will be despatched on Tuesday.

Returns & Exchanges
It’s not always easy to be sure of an item when shopping online, which is why we offer a ‘if you’re not tickled by it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a refund.
Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return Authorisation (RA) numbers can be obtained by emailing us at contact@view-gifts.com or calling 020 8972 9706 and quoting the original order number.
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number.
Returns received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of View Gift Shop.
Please enclose the item in its original packaging with the Return Authorisation number written clearly on the package. Items must be unused with any tags/labels still attached.
The refund covers the cost of the goods only and not any postage costs.
Once the goods have been received, a full refund (less any postage costs) will be made within 7 days. The cost of any undamaged products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card.
Similarly, we can offer an exchange but any additional postage would be charged extra. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used.
